As usual, no problems with program. I have used TurboTax to file my taxes for the past 20 years. Your program is reliable typically provides all of the information I need to annually file my taxes; both federal and state.

Frustrated with state e-filing

My only problem this year is that I could not process the state e-file payment. The screen would not move beyond billing, I followed the instructions about clearing cache and cookies, but still nothing. I will try again, but it looks like I will have to file the state by mail.

Have used it for years and love it! It takes me through all the questions and double checks for errors. Have never had any problems with it. Will use again next year.
