Extremely Frustrating User Experience on TurboTax

The product was extremely difficult to use on macOS. I had to restart multiple times to get certain features to work, often resorting to Googling for solutions. One such message I found stated, 'If you are using TurboTax, it should calculate this for you automatically.' Despite this, the time I spent trying to figure out how to use your product was completely unproductive and frustrating."

Easy, Quick, Painless

I have used TurboTax for the past 15 years. I find it easy to navigate and it enables me to save money by doing my own taxes. I also appreciate the 'psychological security' of being able to invest in Audit Defense, just in case I have made an inadvertent mistake in my understanding of tax situations and/or questions. Even though I feel comfortable navigating the forms, I always use the "Step by Step" question approach to make sure I've got all the situations covered.

Excellent customer service

Each year I have difficulty signing into and finding the sign in page for Turbo Tax Deluxe/Advantage download. The support service person was very patient with me today and she spent most appreciated time with me to make sure I was signed in and had the right account/download. I commend her. Giving four stars for customer service.
The process of signing in could be a whole lot easier for those who pre-pay every year!!!
In addition, the processing fee charge of $40 for a bank to charge me for a deposit to my bank account is somewhat misleading when the agreement implies there is no fee if the refund is directly deposited into a bank account, which I have. Though unfortunately, there is no option for the fee not to be charged.
What am I missing??
