I have a simple return, interest income, retirement income and social security. You charged me $138 when I tried to use your "free offer" so I bought your Deluxe Federal and I still can"t get my return E-filed. I have used Tuebotax every year as far back as I can remember.

Watch for RMD amounts actually taken

BEWARE! If taking a IRA distribution be sure to check that the amount distributed is listed. TurboTax never asked for the info and our refund was turned into a huge payment. Took hours to figure why.

Problem e-filing state return

I have used TurboTax for many years with little problem, but this year when I tried to e-file my state return it would not process or go to the screen to process my credit card for the $25 fee so I ended up mailing my return after spending 4 days trying every way I could think of to make it work. Very frustrating but I ended up saving a few bucks by mailing.....
