2024 Turbo Tax Deluxe

I wasn't happy with the fact that my 2023 tax info wasn't transferred over automatically, why? Also signing up for auto renewal would be nice to know I wouldn't pay more than what I can purchase on the open market. Also why is it only available as a download, no CD?

Easy to use and quick to complete our taxes. My only issue is the cost for state filing going up. With everything moving to electronic filing, why the need for additional costs?

I have been using TurboTax for the past 30 years or so because it is not difficult to navigate through the program. I usually don't have complicated returns so that makes it less difficult as well.

Advertising comes first, buy more products

Advertising comes first, actual help 2nd. Some of the fields are laid out poor process to work through requiring reworking due to incorrect questions or information given. (College costs says to list all costs together than later indicates they have to be broken down.)
