Turbo Tas is good but could be better

I have used Turbo Tax for more than fourteen years. I find it becoming less intuitive each year. I had much difficulty entering interest income. And the font used is not as clear as it once was. It is a good product and I will continue using it.

Turbo Tax could improve

I don't like the interface - it feels like I'm in a dressed up DOS version. Plus, something changed this year that just made it more difficult than I remembered it being last year. I can't put my finger on it though - sorry for being vague.

Turbo tax has two frustrating glitches.

easy to use but has two places where it does not work correctly; will not allow input of entire PIN. Erroneously refuses to take account number that is entered correctly numerous times

Turbo Tax glitches

Doing the taxes was easy to follow, but I had trouble with fixing a name and SSN mismatch, which WAS entered correctly...no typos and no number error, but IRS rejected the e-file. Went back and forth for 2 hours with the "Fix Error" menu and finally reentered the same name and SSN as the first time. Have no idea why it failed the first time. I resubmitted by e-file, even tho instructions said I couldn't do so, but then the menu prompted "e-file recommended". I was confused by the conflicting directions for filing.
