I had my own tax preparation business for 35 years so I jump straight to the forms and find TurboTax to be very easy to work with. In addition to preparing my own tax return I also prepare returns for family.

PRINTING SUCKS

I should be able to print my returns by using several different print options. Using Acrobat Reader DC sucks when I tried to download it I had to jump through hoops and then it wouldnt load. THINK OF SOMETHING ELSE.

turbo tax is great, State section was confusing.

The State Tax section was confusing. My State does not have a state tax. It tried to say I couldn't file online because of it.
