Do longer awesome

Paid for the Deluxe w/state version and was unable to complete state return. It did not pull amounts correctly from fed return, and did not allow edit.
The '24 Fed return was not as easy as my past experiences with turbotax. Encountered issue with entering Lumber/stumpage sale with no 1099 form received. I didn't call Turbo as assumed I would just get the, "sorry you have to pay for assistance" line.
Also, I'm annoyed (like many others) that e-filing the state return is an additional charge.

Software has become worse over the years

can be overly complicated and unable to help with answers, always asking for more money to pay for extra services. I am going to use a different software next year. bye forever TurboTax
