IRS plans set on IRS website not Turbo tax

Communication with TurboTax is laborious. There are situations that the program does not anticipate or accept. Your "experts" and assistance using the program are not helpful. More is promised than delivered.

I have used TT for 20+ years. It is always rather easy to use, but this year required some double takes. I can not explain it (but for my advanced years) but I had some difficulty getting past some steps.
