I have been using Turbo Tax yearly. Very satisfied and confident with the accuracy of my tax calculations. We stopped using our tax preparer and saved hundreds of dollars in return. Since I've been using Turbo Tax- I have learned so much in tax laws and preparation. I find myself in an advantage in knowledge over my friends and family who rely and are dependent on their tax preparer.

I have used TurboTax for many years. Always a good product. Especially like the transfer of Federal information to state forms. So easy and fast.
Had an issue with bank routing. Wouldn't accept IL routing number I have used for years. Wanted me to use AL routing number. Had to enter IL routing number as new bank.

Turbo Tax is very easy!

Turbo tax makes it very easy to file! There are some questions that I didn't understand - I had to look them up. I was unsure about things, but that was only because of me!

Only used the TurboTax software without any engagement from your tax experts. TurboTax Deluxe provides the necessary details needed to file both our Federal and State taxes. Been using TurboTax for the last 20 years and am expected to continue.

Overall Turbo Tax is a good return preparation program.
Areas needing improvement:
1) Schedule 1065 K-1 input
2) Help section. It is one of the worst I've experienced
