TurboTax -- 25th year of filing taxes with it

Using TurboTax is easier than wading through IRS instructions and doing it by hand. This tax season is our 25th year of doing our taxes with TurboTax. We have found it reliable and easier to trust than our reading of the IRS tax instructions. We feel that our refunds (when we get them) are reasonable for our situation. We also feel that tax payments due are the lowest we can legally get.
We think the program is easy to use. Question seem to be clearly stated. Supporting documentation and support community and support website are very good.

Poor performance

This is the poorest Turbo Tax product I have used since you started. Not even your review page works right. I have had to retire multiple times. Your anticipation of what I want to say (AI) is not appreciated.
First not having a disk available caused considerable problems. Link to line-item explanations did not work or referred you (Not working, Unable to fill out this form)

Turbo Tax is great and I've been using for over 20 years. Thank You. Oh ya I would give 5 stars but there is always room for improvement.

Some Frustration

Going back to change a previous answer requires deleting the entire answer and starting over. I had to do this many times and got quite frustrated.
