Easy to do taxes. All help topis easy to understand. At times, errors are not self explanatory. It should tell where it is oming from when it does the review.

Problems first time in years

I have used TurboTax for years, but this year my experience was not great because 1) it was difficult to just find the site where I needed to download my product key to get started and 2) It never downloaded any of my past information from prior year returns as it has done in the past. Very disappointing

I have used Turbo Tax for about 15 years and its always worked GREAT, I do miss the CD disk because it just seems a bit easier. I guess I'm just old-fashioned. LOL

TT messed up the HSA / HDHP

I have been retired since 2017 and my husband is still working till he's 65. We have health insurance through his employer but I am allowed to add $1000 to my HSA annually. TT did NOT know how to deal with it this year. It kept saying that I had a lapse in my HDHP coverage which I did NOT. TT had in the forum how to get around it but our taxes do NOT reflect what actually happened this year with our health insurance coverage.

Incorrect e-file limit

Gave me an error message saying that I had reached the IRS limit of 5 e-files for tax software even though I only submitted 3 returns (all were accepted the first time they were submitted).
