I liked the CD better. It took an hour and 15 minutes to download. And it kept telling me to take standard deductions, and the forms are so small, been a customer for a long time, not happy

EASIER TO USE THAN OTHERS. I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OTHER TAX PREP SOFTWARE WITH MISING FORMS AND A CONVOLUTED, DYSFUNCTIONAL INTERFACE. TURBOTAX MAKES THE ANNUAL TEETH-PULLING, SKULL-CRACKING, NAUSEA-INDUCING EXERCISE JUST AN INFINITESMIALLY MICORSCOPIC AMOUNT EASIER.

Consistency is key!

You guys are awesome! Go buy yourself a nice dinner or at least a cup of coffee! Keep it up! Lovin' the "retro" look, which honestly is a continual throwback look to your roots! I think it has always looked the same :) But really, consistency makes people comfortable.
