Easy to use and very detailed steps with explanations. Multiple sections for deduction, easy to understand and apply what is applicable to you.

Not what it used to be

Not as easy as it was last year. I changed from Windows format to Mac and it was not as easy to navigate. I found it difficult to make a change/deletion to Farm Income until I found how to totally delete a page. It is obvious that TurboTax wants to e-file the State document and charge for it. The option to print the State documents did not appear after the Federal e-filing as it has in previous years. Although I've used TurboTax for MANY years, usually purchasing the software, I'm not sure I will use TurboTax next year. The push to use tax advice (for a hefty charge, of course) and the lack of ease will make me research other options.

Total State Tax Payments of $0 error during filing

If State Estimated Tax Payments have been calculated for next year: When filing you may get State error if you do not Schedule a date for the 1st State payment. Even though the Estimated tax payments have been calculated, the Error will indicate Total Tax Payments of $0. Other payments can't be scheduled only the 1st one.
