LOVE THE THOROUGHNESS OF THE PROGRAM. SAD TO BE CHARGED 2 TIMES WHEN PURCHASING THE PROGRAM FOR STATE E FILE INCLUDED AND CHARGED AGAIN WHEN SUBMITTING PAPERWORK, OR NO SUBMIT.

Turbo Tax is easy & cost effective!

It is quite rewarding to use Turbo Tax Deluxe - Desktop; until a year ago, my husband and I always sought a CPA to complete our taxes. However, I still compiled all the information for the CPA, had about a 20 minute apptmt, and paid a high amount for them to complete, even though I did all the work except enter into computer. We decided, upon our daughter's recommendation, to try Turbo Tax ourselves; it was easier than we imagined and we saved a lot of money.

Turbo Tax makes it so easy to file. I do go through every item but it really doesn't take much time. I don't know why more people don't use it.
