Very good software. I noticed you like the idea of importing INT and DIV data. That's alright, but you need to make the process more user friendly. Give user the option to import.

Always some glitches

It seems like every year I find some glitches or problems with the TurboTax program. This year, the Pennsylvania State module did not work correctly. Last year I paid all my estimated taxes on April 15 to cover the whole year, one individual payment. With my withheld state income and my estimated payments I paid over 100% of the previous years tax therefore there was no penalty. The TurboTax program somehow divided the thing up into quarters and it showed that I was underpaid on the last quarter and was going to charge me a penalty fee.
Also, when I came to the processing screen to send in my tax returns, I came upon a screen that wanted me to enter credit card information or withdraw a $40 fee for processing a refund and paying with my refund when I didn't even have a refund coming it is very misleading. I was afraid to go ahead and enter my credit card information. After talking with a representative I did enter the credit card information and the only thing I was asking for was the $20 state fee. But the screen that popped up was showing that it wanted the $40 fee to process withdrawing my payment from my federal income tax return. I did not have a federal income tax return.

Initially was disappointed when purchasing turbo tax as there no longer is a disk but following the instructions provided full it easy to use
