Wants to up sell you for extra money.

Very difficult when it comes to State returns. I couldn't find any way to tell you I did not want to e file my state return. I could not find a mail in form. Your program kept telling me to e file.

Turbo Tax is brain dead in the case of a deceased

Can't e-file because the taxpayer is deceased and I can't get an ID pin for them. Turbo-tax asked and recorded the fact that the return is for someone deceased - even generated a form 1310.. but allowed me to try to e-file - which can't be done in this case. I want my money back.

Once numbers are established onto forms, it is sometimes difficult to make changes. This is especially true in correcting entries prior to efiling.

It is very good software. However, we should have the choice to select Itemized or standard deductions right in the beginning.
