Easy to use

Using Turbo Tax was easy, it walked me through each section and let me know what documents I needed. I was confused right before filing because it appeared that I was going to be charged to e-file my Federal taxes. I requested a phone call to help out, and spoke with an amazing representative who was extremely helpful. She helped me get it sorted out and I filed me Federal tax refund for free (after purchasing Turbo Tax Deluxe)

Turbo Tax is a must!

The software does all of the heavy lifting and is by far more accurate than what I could do on my own. The cost is well worth the savings of my time and piece of mine that my tax returns are accurate. For over 20 years, IRS and the state have never rejected my tax returns.

Overall an awesome product. Some difficulty paying for optional features from the desktop user interface. Credit card information wasn't accessible to the application and I had to pay by phone.

turbo tax pricing is misleading and confusing

I thought that downloading the state and federal was going to save me money but I still had to pay money for the state return which did not make sense to me.
