Good product, but could be better

It's a bit cumbersome, especially if you need to go back to make a correction. When it reviews the return and finds issues there is no explanation as to what the issue is, just a highlighted field on a form. What is wrong with the data in that field? Why is that highlighted as an error? Having that kind of information would be very helpful.

TurboTax is meh

Much too complex for what it should be. It gave me warnings about information I didn't apply, and online help was less useful than the built-in help of earlier years. I thought TurboTax was much better years ago. We will probably shop for a better product next year.

I have a big family so I bought 2 programs but it would not let me enter the new program on my computer so I had to put it on my lap top. Super pain since I new I would have more than 5 people to do and bought 2 programs for that.
