State Return is Expensive

Completing the Federal Forms was a pain. Turbo Tax should disclose that there is a $25.00 e-filing fee for the state of Utah before the consumer purchases the state package.

TurboTax seems to get harder to use each year

Problem that I could not enter VA 1095-B form for health insurance. Cold not take out audit service, as it said there was a problem, I could not find a definitive answer. However I suppose it is the fact I have to mail in my return, because I must submit 1099-NEC form. I had to go back in my 2023 file to get carry-over deduction amount that Turbo-Tax should have calculated and transferred to my 2024, I have been a Turbo-Tax customer for many years, but I do not know about the future. I did not like downloading Turbo-Tax 2024 and I never could go back and put in clothing donations, once I put in the cash donations. Too many problems with doing my taxes on Turbo Tax this year. Not worth $79 and no disc,

Having to set up an account to use purchased software is awful.
One place it said the value was not within prescribed limits, but doesn't show what the limits are.
Keeps asking to buy more services, that would be ok if the software free, purchased software should keep show ads.
