I had an issue with filing my taxes this year because of my Health Savings Account. I could not submit them because of an error in one of the forms. I couldn't figure it out, so I had to call for assistance. A very nice women named Peggy helped me with my issue. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the software. She worked with me for about an hour, we resolved the problem and she stayed on with me to make sure everything was submitted properly. She is the reason for the 5 star review.

EXTRA FEES ADDED AT THE END TO EFILE

HAVE ALWAYS LIKED USING TURBOTAX OVER THE PAST 25 PLUS YEARS UNTIL THIS YEAR DID NOT LIKES THAT AT THE VERY END AFTERE-FILING YOU HAVE ADDED AN EXTRA $40. EFILING REFUND FEE FED EFILING IS FREE ALWAYS HAD BEEN THAT IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I USE IT. DID NOT APPERCIATE GETING STUCK WITH AN ADDITIONAL $ 40 CHARGE AFTER GOING THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF E FILING AND THEN INPUTTING ALL THE BANKING INFO TO GET THE REFUND DIRECT DEPOSITTTED, TO THEN HAVE THE LAST SCRREN COME UP WITH A FEDERAL E FILING REFUND PROCESSING FEE. AFTER GOING THROUGH THAT WHOLE PROCESS THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED IN THE FUTURE OR MADE CLEAR. I ALWAYS USE THE DELUXE VERSION WITH STATE AND EFILING IS FREE. TO STICK YOUR CONSUMER WITH THAT CHARGE AT THE END AFTER MAKING THEM GO THROUGH THE WHOLE EFILING AND ENTERING ALL YOUR BANK INFO. TO THEN STICK YOUR CUSTOMER WITH THAT CHARGE LEAVES A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. I MIGHT HAVE TO RETHINK WHAT I WILL USE NEXT YEAR.

TuboTax 2025 will be a non-starter.

Great as usual for the past 10 year except for the trickery at the end with your sneaky $45 charge for "premium service" with using the deduct from return pay option.
Also,my rating for TurboTax 2025 will be 0 stars since you won't be supporting Windows 10.
