TurboTax is invaluable. Have been using it for many many years now starting when my taxes became far too complicated to do manually. I would have had to hire a CPA otherwise... The only thing I have difficulty with in the process is the "keychain login password" - I have a master Turbo Tax Intuit password and set up a different password for each year's return - but still have no idea exactly what that term means. I fumble through nonetheless.

Mostly good - there were a couple places that were not clear. Did not like having to answer the same questions multiple times under charitable deductions. That will not matter going forward as I will be using the standard deduction in the future.

Going downhill. Think about simplifying UI. If I type in a form name in the search, take me there. The search is useless. Have to go on-line to get answers. Ridiculous.

Turbotax is EASY! EASY! EASY!

Turbotax was easy to use. The definitions, explanations, and guidelines were clear. It made it easy to make the correct entry decisions. Being able to go back and review the form, multiple times was very helpful.
