I have used this program since it was no called TurboTax. It has served us well and is generally excellent.
This year there seemed to be more little glitches, which were frustrating and added time. Opening a blank return, when I had already spent a lot of time entering our information. At one point it seemed that it had alll been lost, but at the last minute I looked and found it in the Trash on my Mac. I was very lucky I had not cleaned up, which I generally do every day.

i used Turbo tax on -line help for the first time this year and I could not get over the excellent help that I received. It was worth the money I spent

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and never a hitch. This year I utilized the Tax Assistant and it was awesome. A quick call back and the tax assistant guided me through my issue.
