Great turbotax, as a rule.

For years turbotax has been great. We had problems this year. I wrote earlier this week ,but I may have forgotten some points. We , being my wife and I, had addresses written in correct spaces, then changed spaces without us moving them. She has worked with computers her whole life, so I'm satisfied we were correct.

Turbo Tax is the GREATEST!!

Turbo Tax is so simple that even I found it easy.
I called two (2) times because my return was rejected twice. Both times the representative was EXTREMELY helpful; while being interactive.
I am using Turbo for the 10th year!!!!

Difficult to get specific answers

I received a 1099-div from a company in Mexico c/o Citibank and the form did not have a federal ID number. When I went to review it came up as an error. I went to help and typed in the message and received general information on other problems but not this one in particular. So, I went to community and saw one repose to the question. The response said just keep entering continue without the entering the required information. I tried the recommendation and after numerous attempts to electronically transmit my return with no success, so I just deleted the form.

Too expensive but because it's no comparators you can charge whatever you want. Plus no customer service unless you pay more.
