Turbotax is the best

PRINTING DIFFICULT!

Why is it so difficult to print a state return? Each year I go through the same steps. I e-file my federal return, then I want to print my state return to file by mail. Right now I don't have an option to print my state return to file, except by printing a copy of all of my returns for my records. When I do that, the state return that is printed says I shouldn't send my return because I e-file (I did NOT efile my state return).

Fine until I wanted to e-file state

Worked fine until I wanted to e-file state return. It wouldn't take me from name screen to payment screen, so I had to print and mail. Apparently this was a problem a year ago; I have never e-filed state return before, but wanted to this year. I tried multiple times and again after re-starting computer. There was nothing to check to move me to the payment page. I consider this a defect for the product.

Turbo Tax is Excellent!

Excellent product and service. I haven't used Turbo Tax for years. Tried it again this year and it was a terrific experience. Everything worked flawlessly. And the online help was very useful. I'll be back next year.

encountered an input problem on my side and couldn't find a way to correct it. I called your help staff and got to speak to Theodora - she was outstanding in her knowledge, kindness, and customer service. I have been in the customer service area for 50+ years and would hire a person of her quality in an instant. i can only add, God Bless!
