Turbo Tax is great!

Always a great experience to use Turbo Tax. The pop-up boxes of explanation are very helpful and informative. i enjoy doing the 'Guide Me Through Each Step'.

Military retirement for state income

TurboTax is still easy to use but since I get a military retirement and my state deducts part of it, I did not notice anything regarding that show up and had to manually review the worksheet to see if it was there. This is has been going on for years that I manually checked the worksheet to verify it was deducted.

2023 Information didn't transfer to 2024

TurboTax is my go to tool for filing my taxes year to year. This year you earn 3 starts because you failed to transfer my 2023 information into my 2024 tax return.
