As far as handling multiple RMDs and first time RMD users Turbotax is better than a major competitor. Your questionnaire is easier to understand.

I don't understand why, but this year's version of TurboTax seemed more opaque and unpleasant to use. I've using TurboTax for, maybe, 20 years.

This is great! Super easy to use and left me feeling confident with the results and the risk of audit being really low. We do not have a lot of complicated stuff go through, so doing it myself is not too bad. TurboTax makes it easy! Thanks for doing the hard part for me, math has never been my thing!

TurboTax 2024 - A Complete disappointment.

I wanted to cover both of my IRA RMDs from the distribution of just one of my IRAs. In TurboTax 2023, this procedure was clear and straightforward; however, in your quest to make things better, you have failed miserably in TurboTax 2024. I had to search tax forums and google searches to determine the solution when it should have be spelled out in your software. It appears you have intentionally made it harder to do my taxes in order to sell your new $60 "expert advice". Doing taxes is hard enough without making it harder, frustrating and more time consuming. You should ditch the "expert advice" and spend the money on having your engineers create a usable product.
