Turbo Tax has become frustrating

Every year the software updates repeatedly every time I launch it. Cost of software has increased greatly. Cutesy icons "guiding" the user are changed every year and carryover from previous year doesn't help much. Too much pushing on paying extra for live tax preparation, etc.

Love Turbo Tax BUT...

For some reason this year's product was less intuitive and short on "advice". What usually takes me a couple hours, took two days AND a call to the help center where MORGAN was EXCELLENT and got me over the finish line.
