I have used TurboTax for years and am confident that it will guide me through my individual situation accurately. I appreciate the transfer of information from last year's return and comparisons between the current year's and last to make sure I don't forget to include everything that I included last year.

Let Down this year

Too many errors came up this year. I had to uninstall and then reinstall turbo tax every time I wanted to go into TurboTax because errors would not let me in or let me download the updates. Also TurboTax forces me to do a update when it first opens up and I don't want to just in order to continue to do my taxes.

Turbo Tax Needs Work to Make it Exceptional

Your printing options should be able to exclude voucher forms if you are not going to use them instead of having to pick and choose selected forms. Also, when you go to file and print your forms, the back button should go one back instead of starting again from the beginning if you need to edit something---this is ludicrous! e-file State return should not be an extra charge and should be included in the version you buy.

This product has become very cumbersome. I paid for audit last year and it was next to useless.
