I find working with Turbotax easy and convenient. I like the fact that I can save or print my copies.

Mediocre at best.

I was very satisfied with the service this software provided. However, until the end when I was unable to file my taxes via E- File. The rep. was very helpful however, could not resolve my issue with the software and the transmission of my e-file. I was forced to change my filing to MAIL. This will not doubt cause a delay in my NYS refund. Very disappointed.

Good product but watch out for glitches.

Product is good and offers detailed instructions. However, there are glitches that come up at the end of the review process. I had some zeros appear incorrectly on my Schedule C where the program stated that I needed a manual form and because of that I had to file via mail. It took an agent about 40 minutes to help me delete these unwanted forms.

info not all transferred from previous 2023 return
on April 10, 2025

1) the window for the ccard charge info was not adjustable for me to enter my info, the top portion could not be viewed as a result so i had to guess at where i was typing and use TAB to move around form! 2) Why do I always have to dig out last years returns to enter the info requested from them when I had used the same program last year... why is that info not automatically transfered over? 3) Similar issue with my bank routing number, I had to enter them twice on this years return for Fed and again for State...

TTax2024 cannot print supporting data, 2023 could

Int is always a chore and we appreciate TurboTax. HOWEVER, in past years we could also bring out supporting data and schedules that are not required to file, but serve as backup in case of an audit or a need to amend a past return. This 2024 tax year I have seen zero ways to pri9nt out the data that we provided to come up with the detailed numbers in the filed Federal and California returns. This is a serious, to us, quality problem with the 2024 tax year.

This may be my last year using Turbo Tax

It is my opinion that Turbo Tax gets less intuitive each year. The system's nagging insistence on downloading 1099INT and 1099DIV info is irritating.
