Turbotax needs to be further improved!

Turbo Tax

The problem posed by Turbo Tax refusing to let me file my taxes because my 1099-OID didn't have a box 2 entry was quite annoying. Finding a live agent took using an AI to ask enough questions to finally learn where to find a tel. no, it is even more annoying I had to repeat "live agent, live agent, live agent" many times until I was connected. However, Marilyn, the live agent, was a gem, patient, and kind, and we worked our way through to success. TT has no real competition. I've tried to find one, so I labor on, but if one ever arrives, I will beat feet faster than Bob "Bullet" Hayes.
