Disappointed with Turbo Tax this year

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years without any problems. This year I did taxes for my mom and when I went to e-file it said I needed to attach form 8949 and would not file. The form was in my list of forms when I looked at all my documentation. Even if I filled it out by hand there is no way to attach it.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
