Turbo tax difficult

I'm not happy with the spam emailing acting like something went wrong and I need to login to fix then when I pull it up when I get home its fine?? The process is a little clumsy and it's hard to navigate. I had to use the form search function multiple times. Also, it shows 0 help with my older kids who still live with me that I saw no benefit at the end at all. I might just pay next year with a tax agent to make sure things are ok.

TURBO TAX CHARGED FOR UPGRADE I DID NOT AUTHORIZE

I DID NOT OPT TO PURCHASE THE "PREMIUM" UPGRADE, HOWEVER TURBO TAX CHARGED FOR IT ANYWAY. THERE DID NOT APPEAR TO BE A WAY TO FILE MY TAXES WITHOUT PAYING FOR THE UPGRADE. I CONSIDER THIS AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE AND A VERY QUESTIONABLE TRANSACTION BY TT.
