It seems to get easier every year filing with turbotax. I have used turbotax for many years and have never had any problems.

Mixed feelings about download of the program

Overall, the product is great! I found the process for getting the program downloaded to be somewhat difficult. It seems to me, plugging in the CD went way smoother in my experience.

Yes. The expert was an expert and very knowledgeable. There was a slight lag in screen share causing me to get ahead of the "Expert" with my cursor

TurboTax is great, but not perfect

I like TurboTax, but IRS rejected my e-file due to incorrect AGI used for authentication. I reported them correctly and have read that TurboTax has a bug that needs to be resolved.
