I have used TurboTax for many years. I find it more difficult to use as the years pass. This year I had problems getting my internet download software to load. I finally spent another $10 for a CD so I could get your program up and running. Then I continued to have program update failures claiming I was not connected to the internet. Not true. I still use your software but am not as satisfied as I was in the past.
