Misfit with 6 digit pin and 5 digit pin

A six figure doesn't not fit in a five-figure pin. And rejections five times in two days is ridicules one's sanity. AI chat is limited to help with PIN and Rejection of Return; The purpose of help is what and why can't the application connect to the support while in form?
