Turbo Tax not the same

I have used Turbo Tax for years, decades. This is the first year the program has been 'wonky'. Mulitiple efforts to 'fix' errors resulted in different outcomes. I paid for tax help and audit defense to protect in case Fed/State don't like the information. Hope it improves. Agents also said IRS at fault. Whatever.

Turbo Tax software is a good way to file taxes

Turbo Tax does aa good job walking me though all the various categories, but it does not do a good job of making navigation through the forms easy. I would like to be able to toggle to the filled out forms without having to print the whole thing to a pdf.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

You purposely make it impossible to print the state return without e-filing it. This is outrageous and consumer fraud. You should be ashamed. You never say that the state tax preparation I paid for only works if I pay additional to e-file.
