Bad Experience

Do not like the no CD option. I paid 55.00 for the deluxe software but could not e-file the federal or state because I could not find my AGI for 2023 to enter in and I did not change the State over to the other format, Frustrated with the software, not user friendly as it used to be and therefore just printed my return and mailed. Waste of money. Not sure if I will purchase again next year.

Great Product but if you expect me to buy a new Windows 11 computer to use the software I have used for over 30 years I will have to consider getting a new provider.

Audit Defense nightmare

I lost one hour of my time talking to two agents from Turbotax trying to resolve the problem related to the offer to pay $45 extra for audit Defense. There was no other option on the screen except choose the choose audit Defense button, back button, or continue button. The next screen appeared to be forcing me to pay for audit Defense which I did not want.
After this I had to put in my credit card information which is understandable and it did not require me to pay the $45 that it initially seem to force me to pay.
I would suggest simply having a yes or no button for the audit defense offer in Turbotax.

I had to manually enter all of my property tax information. Turbo tax doesn't recognize my wife's pension plan very well.

Already recorded and sent a few minutes ago– I could not access previous years' TurboTax files without some secret number that was NOT my intuit password. Worst experience with TurboTax yet.

I have used TurboTax exclusively since 2003, except one year a friend recommended TaxAct. Boy was that a mistake. TurboTax is more user friendly and walks you through everything to save you money.

A little quirky this year, and not in a good way..

I've used TurboTax for years and had quick and easy returns. This year started with not receiving the usual CD to install. So I downloaded from your site. Then initially the new download wouldn't connect to my previous returns saved on my computer. After a day, it did. Then, I did my Federal return, saved it, and exited the program. 2 days later when I went to do the State, there was nothing saved!!! Had to do it all over again!!! So overall, this year was definitely quirky and not so quick and easy.
