Turbo Tax is very good.

Mostly it went very well. I changed computers from last year and did and online purchase, instead of buying a card at a store. I was a little confused a couple times. I hope I completed it correctly.

State returns are a pain.

Trying to print out a state tax return to be mailed in is impossible! Your software keeps sending me back to the screen for electronic filing. I had to go on the state's website to get instructions to mail in a return.

Great With a Little Glitch

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. The only problem I had this year was after inadvertently not importing my prior year tax forms, I could not find a way to go back and do it before I started manually inputting my data (and suspect I may have missed something).

I don't want to PAY to efile my state return but am still dsearching for instructions to print and mail.
It seems if I don't want to do your way I have to figure it out myself. It was not like this in the past.
