TT easy to use, but I wanted a CD ROM version.

TurboTax Deluxe is easy to work with, as it has always been.
I was disappointed in two areas:
1. I could not buy TurboTax in CD ROM format to store with previous years' disks. With previous years' disks I am able to review return data for that year, if necessary.
2. Many 'Help' clarifications were blank, presumably because I did not pay for 'live' tax assistance.

In past years, I have had data on form k-1 box 20Z, but when in the filing process, TurboTax put me in an infinite loop, causing me to zero out box 20Z so I could file. This year I ignored box 20Z to avoid the problem. Box 20Z is business deductions so I suspect I am missing some deductions. Let me know when you fix that and I will try it again.
Also, TurboTax fails to pull my form 8606 data from the previous year but instead asks "is any portion of the RMD non-taxable." Then when I say yes, it generates the needed form 8606.

Great Software - Just One Glitch

TurboTax has been very easy to use for many years. The only glitch I found (and also found last year) is that when I am on the last line of a supplementary details screen, the software accepts the first digit that I enter and defaults that has the total $ for that line. For example, if I want to enter $512.01, the software defaults to $5.00. This doesn't happen on any other lines of a supplementary details screen.
