Good Until Now

I've used TurboTax for 23 years with very good results, until this year. After finishing the process and filing, federal e-filed just fine. I chose to manually file the state return, but the program seems to believe that it was e-filed and will not give me the documents to complete my state return. This is very aggravating.

Not Compatible With iMac

I spent too much time between Mac and Intuit trying to resolve the issue with incompatibility between the current iMac iOS and the iOS requirement that Intuit had built into Turbotax. Between an iPhone and a MacBook Pro and using my iMac as a research device, I was finally able to hobble through the filing of my taxes. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, next year make sure you are compatible with the iMacs before you release TurboTax.
