It would be nice if you could get at least one of your tax preparers to help with one issue without additional charges. The community help is good, but an actual TT tax preparer might be better.

Accurate, but getting more cumbersome to use

Have used Turbotax for decades and like it less and less each year. I do not like new format for reporting interest, dividends, capital gains... confusing and difficult to navigate. I HATE the incessant marketing for add on services which almost default to adding services. Very few taxpayers actually qualify for medical deductions, yet Turbotax has no mechanism to indicate we do not quality and bypass a bunch of inapplicable questions (as with other tax situations such as AMT). I am close to switching programs after decades of use, however, the returns are accurate and I like the prior year carryover and year to year comparisons.

I love the product

I have been using Turbo tax for decades. I love the product. However, I hate that you stopped providing the CD. I like having the hard copy of the software for when there are electronic disruptions. Also, you make it too difficult to print a copy of just my filed tax forms. Every print option includes worksheets an d other things I DO NOT need. It should not be hard for you to fix this.

Highway robbery $20 to file state return.

TT kept crashing when I had to file taxes. Took 1/2 hour to eventually get program to run.
Having to pay to e-file CA return is nonsense.
