Makes doing taxes easier

I use TurboTax every year. It makes doing my taxes less difficult, and the fact that it imports financial tax forms from my various financial institutions is a game changer.

I had a problem with the state returns. I had to do both a Maryland and a North Carolina return even though I was a full time resident of Maryland. That was confusing.

I had to file an amended return this year and it was a chore. There are practically no instructions on how to do this. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have never had any issues until now. Very disappointed.
