i did about ten updates nine froze or I had to exit after 20 min. before you can save update, before you review update, before file update

Poor program- no review checking

your program keeps getting worse each year. I know the change a lot of the rules, but you should trial run your programs more efficiently. My entry of this questions is too repetitive, only to be asked yet again. I submitted my return for e-file, but was rejected because my pin number was not included. I went back to check this entry, and it would not completely accept my entry. A Blue block showed up, entered everything again and it looked proper. I did a double check on it, and the blue block showed up once more. I researched according to you help program, and checked again and again. No acceptance. I am going to e-file it again, but your warning said if it was not accepted, it would have to be mailed. If this is the case, I will be asking for a refund, because it was purchased on the premise that I could e-mail it. Additionally, I paid for a state e-file, that I hope will be retuned. Not happy with your product

No paid advise for me

I got hung up on a question about fruit trees in the depreciation section and would have have appreciated advise BUT I'm not paying for it. I have never owned a fruit tree or enter the word fruit or tree on my return. I have no idea where that came from.
