Hiccup with Int'l Filing

E-filing Federal Return from Taiwan went smoothly. However, unable to file Hawaii State Return. The pop-up error message reads: "It looks like we're hitting a snag. Try again or come back later." Underneath the pop-up message, another message states that "the payment didn't go through" which was obvious because I never reached the point where I enter any credit card information. Unfortunately, I'll have to pay to fedex the return from Taiwan to Hawaii

Easy experience, but a bit annoyed

Easy to use, but really put off by the surprise $25 fee to efile. I submitted my feedback in the product itself on this topic, but come on guys. Framing the "state download" as free offers the impression that the state filing is free. Charging me $25 at the very last step with no warning just feels predatory. If you're going to force me to pay the price of the efile, bake that into the price. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding where that efile fee goes, but if that's the case, make it clear.

Pretty good, no real complaints

Generally easy to understand and follow, a few entries were more difficult, and difficult to find the form. Some "needed correction" didn't make sense.

Quick and easy. I am very glad I chose Turbo Tax to do my taxes. I have used Turbo Tax for around ten years. I have never had any problems.
