We were disappointed that the CD wasn't available this year, but we were successful without it. It did take a long time to download. Overall, we love Turbo Tax because it is reliable every year.

Cannot save PDF for tax return forms.
Only Print Returns is available under "Save your record" tab. It only allows physical printing.

CD Disk Please

In my opinion the downloaded version of the TurboTax is not as user friendly as the CD version. When I pauses, I save and shut down my computer properly, but when I start back up, I have to start over from the beginning of the program. I try it on to different computer and got the same result. Other than that, the software works well.
