Turbo Tax Crashes on Windows PC

Issues with Turbo Tax crashing on Windows PC because of wrong Visual C++ drivers. Each time Turbo Tax was started (and crashed) the action was to *restart* the computer. This is 2025, and in no case should an app on Windows cause a restart! Other 'solutions' were to turn off the anti-virus software! This should have been checked as a requirement and an easy resolution made available. I'm going to guess 90% of the Windows users out there would have found this challenging. My mother would not have been able to resolve this! Better testing at Intuit would have found this issue ahead of time! Test, test, test!
