Required me to read Spanish to pay for e-filing.

I don't like that when I want to review entries I made, TurboTax doesn't retain and show the all answers I entered before; I have to re-enter some answers.
I went through TurboTax in English, but when it came time to pay for the state tax e-filing, the prompts switched to Spanish. There was no way on that screen to switch the prompts to English.

State e-filing fee of $25 in a money grab!

Charging an additional $25 to email state taxes on top of the purchase state price of the software is egregious. I've used Turbo Tax for countless years; however, I assure you this will positively be my last year using your product.

BEWARE!!! if Nokia 1099-DIV has an ID# 00-0000000

Unbelievable. I'm forced to file by mail because Turbo Tax WON'T transmit my tax return because it won't accept Nokia Corporations Tax Payer ID #00-0000000. I search the Turbo Tax help board and it said if I removed the 00-0000000 it would transmit the return. WRONG!

I PURCHASED DELUXE WITH STATE; 1ST WAS NOT EASY LOADING IN PRODUCT KEY. SHOULD GO BACK TO OFFERING CD. 2ND I COULD NOT GET THE STATE TO DOWNLOAD. 2 HOURS OF MY LIFE I CAN NEVER GET BACK. WROST TIME, I HAVE EVERY HAD IN 30+ YEARS. H&R IS LOOKING BETTER.

Great and easy use for taxes. When we needed help, we contacted Turbotax and got a person in the US to help us instead of some 3rd world country where they do not know English nor can communicate.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
