Your automatic update process is annoying and didn't work properly. I got strange errors on schedule E for a number of properties even though I entered all info into turbotax for prior years

Some instruction were vague. I was asked to fill in items that were not printed on forms that I had received.

Turbo tax is good, but e-file is questionable.

I did my return and when I went to E-File it would not let me E-File. Keeps coming up with a message that my return did not go through try later. This has been going on for over 6 hours.

TurboTax made the preparation of my 2024 organized and efficient. TurboTax did find some deductions that I had not considered which decreased my tax liability.

SOFTWARE COVERED ALL PERTINENT AREAS FOR PREPARING RETURNS. I was unsure if the font size could be adjusted in certain portions.

Correctly Report Excess Scholarships as Income
on April 9, 2025

The tuition reimbursement/ American Opportunity process needs improvement especially when taxpayer wants to take advantage of the American Opportunity credit. Improvement is necessary so that excess Scholarships/ Grants are correctly treated as income in Schedule 1 Other Income when Scholarships are greater than tuition expenses.
