Amazing BUT printing problems were BAD

Although the desktop version of Turbo Tax is quite impressive, there were multiple challenges faced while trying to print my documents. An EXHAUSTIVE troubleshooting was completed of my printer hardware, drivers and ink cartridges that revealed nothing was wrong with my printer. I was able to send my pdf files to another computer & printer in my home and have it printed, even though my first attempt to do that was unsuccessful too. To have the problem with 2 printers tells me it was probably a software problem. I saw online that MANY people experienced similar problems printing including but no limited to: just blank pages printed; forms print with no data in any boxes, different color ink (green), print was very hard to see and lines missing on some forms, and others. I even had to go to irs.gov and download and complete a form they had and then I printed it to go with my return. A fix I found on line advised to use the "Print as an Image" on the print screen that worked, but the print was missing in some parts and was faded. Doing taxes is always a nerve-racking task, but to not be able to print out the returns I needed for filing (I must to file by mail for federal) was a horrible experience that occupied my time for multiple days. This was my first time using Turbo Tax so I've got to give it a 3. Please don't assume that it was user error or my printer because the printer was able to print other non Turbo Tax pdfs and docs. I have a PC that runs Windows 11, which I researched too to see if there were problems with that. All efforts were made and I was lucky that we have two printers in my home.
