Easy to Use

Pretty easy to use. Nickel and dimes you to death making it more difficult to get through the taxes. Doesn't make much sense for me to pay $45 for audit protections when I use standard deductions. Doesn't make much sense to have to pay $20 to file for state because all states don't require filing. It is also extremely difficult to figure out how to get a state tax printed to mail it in. It kept taking me in circles. Still cheaper than using "in person" filing when using standard deductions.

Used Turbo Tax for Decades

I've been using Turbo Tax for decades. I like the structure of the questionnaire. However, when I chose to skip around topics to enter information, it was difficult to keep track of what information I had entered. I had to set up a separate spreadsheet to track what data I had entered. This workaround for tax data input tracking was cumbersome.
